How to Stop the All-or-Nothing Cycle

So I’ve got a question for you. Would you say you’re more of an “all or nothing” type person” or more of an “everything in moderation” type person?

Well if you’re more all-or-nothing, your nutrition journey is probably going to be a bit more challenging.
