Hi, I'm Hanna
My passion is helping others evolve as the best versions of themselves.
But just to be clear, helping you eat perfectly for 30 days isn’t really my thing. Nor is it motivating you to hit the gym hard seven days a week.
Instead, I want to help you get a little better every single day. And most importantly, I want to help you nourish not only your body but also your sanity by what you eat, do and think regularly.

MY JOURNEY
MY JOURNEY
Playing sports nearly year round growing up led me to become fascinated by nutrition and the profound impact it can have on one’s body and performance.
But it also taught me to “push through” — not just workouts but also push through crazy schedules, sleep deprivation, marathon meal prep Sundays, and low-calorie diets I thought I needed.
Until, that is, I was faced with actual lab results showing I had adrenal fatigue. (i.e. HPA axis dysfunction… i.e. I was exhausted.)
I suddenly realized that there’s a whole lot more to health than just food & fitness. And if I wanted to recover — and not be a hypocritic health coach — I was going to have to start living that way.
In this case, that meant I needed to stop exercising for awhile, eat more, and actually do those things
I preached but hadn’t been practicing like meditate, manage stress, and sleep.
While I still have to keep my “push through” tendency in check, I now understand the true meaning of taking a holistic approach to health that includes a lot more balance and a lot less pressure.
Above all, I’ve learned to listen to my body, whether that means sleeping in and skipping a workout or having that Sidecar donut.

MY FOOD PHILOSOPHY
I love using the Paleo Diet as a foundation, but I believe there is no one right diet for everyone. In fact, once I finally found my own ideal balance of Paleo & non-Paleo foods, I’ve found that eating healthy (most of the time) and guilt-free (all of the time) has never been easier. And I want to help you achieve this same level of freedom and nourishment around your food and life too. So let’s start by ditching the guilt, the quick-fix diets, and the lists of foods we thought we’re supposed to eat (or not eat). Let’s fall in love with the evolution, one simple step at a time.

MORE ABOUT ME
I got cred’s; I’m a Certified Nutrition Coach through the Nutritional Coaching Institute, Precision Nutrition, and the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
I love endurance sports and have completed countless running races, triathlons, and 70+ mile road bike races.
I’m also addicted (in a good way) to CrossFit and it’s helped me take a “less is more” approach when it comes to fitness.
I was born and raised in Oklahoma but have slowly migrated to sunny SoCal. (Yes, the beach is amazing and YES traffic is really bad.)
My go-to cocktail is a vodka soda with a splash of pineapple juice. Cheers!
