The "Magic" Equation for Success

As a math nerd who really likes numbers & spreadsheets (I do have an engineering degree, after all), I tend to think in terms of equations.

And this one came to me the other day:

BIG INTENTIONS  +  Small Action  Small Action  +  Small Action  +  Small Action…  =  BIG RESULTS


And it hit me — though it’s a simplified version, this is essentially the process I take my clients through. In fact, this is really the process / “magic” formula / ONLY way to achieve something big and worthwhile.

Whether your goal is weight loss, performance, or simply better health, this is the path.

First, you must clarify, define, and commit to those big intentions — what it is you actually want. Without this, you won’t have a roadmap guiding you in the right direction or a strong “why” keeping you motivated.

Second, you must accept that big results take time and consistency. And consistency takes a lot of small actions that, by themselves, can feel like they’re not doing anything.

But friend, they ALL add up.

So if you’re taking action, here’s your reminder that you’re on *exactly* the right path to achieving those big results.
