What is ‘Macro Tracking’ and Why It Was a Game Changer For Me
Ever heard of “macro tracking”? (also often called “flexible dieting” or “IIFYM – if it fits your macros”)
In a nutshell, it’s a nutrition approach that involves tracking your food and aiming to eat certain amounts of protein, carbs, and fat (i.e. macronutrients).
