Whether it’s after dinner or an afternoon pick-me-up, sometimes it’s nice to have ideas that aren’t loaded with sugar or even artificial ingredients.

If you regularly have really strong sweet cravings, there’s probably something going on. I often see it with people who aren’t eating enough overall food, as they’re body is trying to tell them it needs more energy. So if this is you, try eating more (especially protein and fat) throughout the day. Incorporating more sweet vegetables like onions, carrots, sweet potatoes, and beets can also help.
