Is there a minimum time commitment?
Your feedback is the most important part of the program, so I prefer to do monthly coaching rather than a one-time consultation. Programs are created based on how you’re eating now, and we’ll continue to adjust based on your progress and how you feel. At least one month of coaching gives us the opportunity to make these valuable adjustments, and of course, the longer we work together, the more time we’ll have to fine tune your unique nutritional approach.
1. Is there a minimum time commitment?
Do you follow a specific diet like Paleo for all your clients?
It’s probably no surprise that I’m a fan of the Paleo Diet, but what I like about it most is that it’s founded on one main principle: Eat real food. This concept is at the foundation of my own diet and what I teach my clients, but I do not restrict them to certain foods. (I don’t follow a strict Paleo Diet myself, and I don’t think it’s necessary or even optimal for most people.)
Instead, I help them phase out processed items and incorporate more fresh, nutrient-dense choices. Beyond food quality, specifics like quantity, nutrient timing and other dietary strategies are entirely individualized.
